Ontario Small Estates Certificate

With this change, six new forms related to this simplified process, including a Small Estate Certificate, can be used for estates qualifying as small estates.

This form is now available in our platform to go along with our extensive library of court forms. However, please be advised that these forms only go into effect on April 1, 2021.

If you would like to schedule a demo of Estateably to see how we automate the filling  of forms and letters you can do so here.

Stay tuned for our next updates coming at the end of this month. This includes a revamp to the inventory section to make it more intuitive and improve usability.
